Soul Medicine Journey

Soul Medicine Journey was born from the tools that healed me. It's a ceremonial space where conscious breath meets somatic release-- where emotions are felt, patters are unwound, and truth is remembered. In my group ceremonies, 1:1 sessions, and couple sessions, I work closely with spirit, our ancestors, and the land. This work is deeply guided.

So much of what we carry is not ours alone. It is passed down through generations --unspoken grief, silent burdens. Through conscious breath an deep somatic release, we begin to untangle these threads. We heal not just ourselves, but our bloodlines.

Breath becomes the bridge.

The body becomes the altar.

The ceremony becomes the prayer.

Cacao & Breathwork

Cacao, a gentle spirit, a heart medicine, a keeper of ancient memory. As its warmth moves through the body, it invites the heart to open—not with force, but with tenderness. It awakens a softness within, dissolving the layers we so often hold tight around our emotions.

Then comes the breath—conscious, circular, alive. A rhythm older than language, more intimate than thought. With each inhale, we invite life. With each exhale, we release what no longer serves.

Together, cacao and breath create a portal: one that carries us into the body, beyond the mind, and into the depths of our being.

When these two sacred tools are woven into ceremony, something powerful unfolds.

Emotions once buried rise to the surface with grace.

Memories held in the body begin to shift. Insight emerges—not from thinking, but from feeling.

When these two sacred tools are woven into ceremony, something powerful unfolds.

This is where true transformation happens.

Not through striving, but through surrender. Not through effort, but through presence.

To sit in ceremony with cacao and breath is to remember the essence of your truth.

To come home—to your heart, your body, your spirit.

Breathwork the path to freedom

Your breath is your medicine. Breathwork reconnects you to your body, your spirit, and your birthright to live fully and freely.

Plant medicines & Oils

In my breathwork journeys, I work with high-quality essential oils—potent plant allies known for their natural healing properties. On their own, these oils can relax the nervous system, uplift the spirit, and support emotional and physical well-being. They are, in essence, a form of natural plant medicine.

When combined with circular, conscious breathing, a powerful alchemy unfolds. The breath opens the body, while the oils deepen the experience—allowing emotions, toxins, and limiting beliefs stored in the tissues and organs to rise to the surface and release. Together, breath and plant medicine create a doorway to deeper healing, embodiment, and inner freedom.

Let’s get to know each other

My healing journey

And then came breathwork.

After a heart-breaking ending, I was called inward once more. Breath became the bridge between body and spirit—unlocking the same depth I had found in plant medicine, but this time through my own life force.

Breathwork became my anchor, my medicine, and my offering.

A path home. A path of freedom.

I was raised in a world of extremes—my father one of Europe’s most feared criminals, my mother drawn to painful patterns. I grew up amidst chaos, developed an eating disorder, and became a rebel always trying to escape. But beneath the survival, there was always a seeker. A dreamer. A warrior.

At 20, I left everything behind and moved to Bali—before mass tourism touched its shores. That island became my sanctuary, where I began my journey with healing: hypnotherapy, plant medicines, and the guidance of wise elders cracked me open to a deeper truth.

For the past four years, I’ve walked the sacred Moondance path in Mexico—a commitment of prayer, sweat, fasting, and song under the moon. It was here I learned the medicine of tobacco, and the discipline of devotion. My work with indigenous communities in Brazil and Mexico took me deeper into the plant world, where healing became a way of life, not a destination.

During the ceremony: Each session is a intimate journey into the depths  of your being. As you connect with your breath, you may experience

I. A range of emotions

suppressed emotions or memories may arise, bringing opportunities  for release and healing. This can feel intense, but it is a vital part of the process.

II. Physical Sensations

You may feel your hands curl into a claw-like-shape- this is common sign of stored emotion or energy beginning to surface. Rather than resisting, we breath through it. On the other side is often a deep release and emotional breakthrough.

You might also notice tension in the jaw, or other areas of the body, as the breath begins to move energy that has long been held.

As your facilitator, I am fully present with you. Attuned to your breath patterns and the subtle language of your body. When guided, I may offer gentle physical adjustments or vocal resonance through beeja mantras to support the release and open the space for healing.

III. Spiritual insights

  • Many participants report moments of profound clarity, connection and spiritual awakening.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork ?

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful breathing technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern where each inhale is consciously connected to the next exhale without pause. This intentional breathwork increases oxygen flow, activates the body’s natural healing processes, and allows for deep emotional and energetic release.

Breathing through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw, the breath moves deep into the belly, expanding the chest and heart space. This process helps clear stagnant energy, release stored trauma, and access altered states of consciousness. It can be a profound tool for self-exploration, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual connection.

Each session is unique, reflecting what is present in the body and mind at that moment. While some may experience bliss and clarity, others may move through emotional waves, releasing what no longer serves them. A trained facilitator holds space for the journey, guiding participants to trust their breath as both the medicine and the path.

CCB invites us to surrender, to meet ourselves fully, and to reconnect with our innate wisdom. It can be deeply transformative, offering insights, breakthroughs, and a renewed sense of vitality.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?

When we practice Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), we commit to a rhythmic breathing pattern in which each breath is consciously connected to the next, with no pause between the inhale and exhale. We breathe through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw, allowing more oxygen to enter the body. The breath is deep, expanding into the belly, opening the chest and heart space, and releasing with a soft, relaxed exhale.

Each session is completely unique, depending on what is alive within us on that particular day. Our breath has the power to heal on a deep cellular level, clear old emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, and connect us spiritually. It can be blissful, evoke emotional release, and bring profound transformation.

An experienced Breathwork facilitator holds space for this process, guiding but never interfering. We trust our breath, allowing it to be both the path and the guide. The experience can be deeply moving, life-changing, and spiritual, depending on how ready our consciousness is to receive the wisdom that lies within the body.

HOW LONG DOES A BREATHWORK SESSION LAST ?

Each session lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours and is designed to guide you into deep release, clarity, and reconnection with your inner self.

I offer both in-person and online sessions, available to book directly through my website.

What is the science behind breathwork?

To understand why breathwork is so effective, we need to briefly look at the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which regulates breathing, heart rate, digestion, and stress responses.

It consists of two key branches:

✔ The Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) – Known as fight-or-flight mode, it can be activated by stress, deadlines, or high-pressure situations. It increases heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels to prepare the body for action. This response is useful—if we know how to transition out of it efficiently. With CCB practice, people learn how to shift seamlessly from stress activation back into a regulated state, preventing burnout and mental fatigue.

✔ The Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) – Known as rest-and-digest mode, it slows the heart rate, reduces stress hormones, and promotes recovery. Being in this state improves focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being—helping employees work with clarity and resilience instead of reactivity and exhaustion.

An essential part of this balance is the vagus nerve, which acts as a bridge between these two systems, influencing almost all major bodily functions.

Deep breathing and vagal toning, both key elements of CCB breathwork, directly stimulate the vagus nerve, helping the body transition from stress to calm, from overdrive to clarity, from tension to ease.

How do I prepare before a session?
  • What to wear: Comfortable, loose- fitting clothing is best to allow for free movement and relaxation.
  • Physical preparation: avoid eating a heavy meal before the session to ensure your body feels light at at ease.
  • Mental preparation : Set a clear intention for your practice. Whether your focus is emotional release, spiritual growth, or gaining clarity, holding this intention will guide your experience.
